Manuel's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina - Chandler: Authentic Mexican Cuisine Awaits

Decent food...we had a great, attentive server. It was mother's Day so I'm guessing busier than usual, but that made it pretty loud.

We had a great experience at Manuel’s Mexican Restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was excellent from start to finish. The complimentary chips and salsa were a great way to kick things off , the chips were light and flaky, and the salsa had really good flavor. I had the spinach enchiladas with black beans and absolutely loved them. My son ordered the grilled chicken with rice and beans and really enjoyed his meal as well. My daughter had the taco plate, and that was a hit too. We also tried the Mexican pizza, which was spot on. The margaritas were pretty good and a decent size, definitely worth ordering. The highlight of the night, though, was how the staff treated my daughter on her birthday. They surprised her with fried ice cream and sang happy birthday, which made her and me ,very happy. That kind of service really makes a place special. Great food, great atmosphere, and thoughtful service. We’ll definitely be back.

First time here. Passing through from vegas. Service here is AMAZING! Oscar, our server, and Luis, the bus boy, were SO friendly and super honest. My first time trying chilequiles and wow, I'm hooked. The chips were crunchy and the chicken super tender. The plate is super hot so be careful. They turned on the heater and the fireplace for me as we sat outside. Overall, great service. Good food. Will definitely be back!

Food was delicious and fresh. Can't go wrong with the free chips & salsa. Outside of the waiter being a bit distracted talking at the bar. Will definitely be going back.

Decent Mexican restaurant. Recommend the three amigos enchiladas. All three were good, and I was impressed how good the cream cheese spinach enchalada was. Service is good, wait staff is very friendly and prompt. Was disappointed with the tamale. There was hardly any meat in it. It was basically a sweet cornbread.

Good food, great service. We sat near the bar and saw the staff interacting with their customers. It was as if every staff member new the names and life story of all their customers. It was GREAT, thank you! Highly recommend!

Always awesome, love this place! Great specials including Cantina Bites and the Mon/Tue special. Service never disappoints.

Starting with the chips and salsa to our entrees, the food tasted great and the portions were ample. The restaurant and restroom were clean. The atmosphere was pleasant. The only reason I didn’t give Manuel’s 5 Stars is because of below average service from our server. After dropping off our food, she disappeared. No drink refills or nothing. We had to flag her down to get the check. Even with the below average service, I would still recommend eating at this location.
